Employees are highly affected by inflation. The management also discourages Teammates from using their Planned Leaves and Unplanned Leaves even when the TM's are sick. So are those benefits only a joke? Does this appear to be a people-first company?
There is a need for a salary increase. The management should also allow the workers to use their Planned and Unplanned Leaves. The management gets infuriated when TM's use their leave even when they have a valid reason. This is not how a people-first company should act.
