They are great social people outside of work. When it comes to work they're a team player.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is non competitive compared to other BPO's. Only merit is that we don't need to pay for fare.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Being Proactive when it comes to small achievements then the result as one whole team should follow. Some of us might have some small victories that go unnoticed but, if those small victories can be noticed and recognized. It can be Big Victories for the whole team and not just an individual.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A little bit more pay to be on the competitive side and it should be worth it to the work we provide to the company. Health should come first so the benefit to be healthy and get well when sick should be prioritize instead of being downgraded more that when you are sick we're having a hard time.
