We are getting super agents, we have LOB but still help other LOB when its queueing. How's that possible?
supportive, less the fact that other co workers have an intimate relationship with TL or supervisor from different LOB but same campaign and the bosses or higher ups supports it
stressful workloads, they will hire a lot of employees because its queueing but end up sending them to other campaign. We are assisting higher LOB and VIP Customers yet we doesn't have incentives or bonus.
my supervisor and OM are the best, kudos Mark "tonyo" Abalos and Nathan Doliente. Some of the people sitting has favoritism, especially if their TL have done wrong, they (Other OM or SOM or OD) will cover up for their babies (TL). But me? I love working with my Supervisor and OM Tonyo
