positive working environment, no toxic account, no toxic tl and sme , no toxic workmate.. i wish they will give more incentives and perks rather than raffles and parties. and also pro rated 13th month pay just like other companies.

generally positive work culture, everyone is treated with respect... NO shouting, belittling, power trip etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the pay and the benefits are good but they have to keep up with the inflation because everything is getting expensive. i suggest they provide internet subsidy and electricity subsidy.
