I love TaskUs. They value their employees, our well being and happiness. I just hope that the company will not let some employees abuse the saying "People first" They're entitled to their opinions even if they're at fault. TaskUs is a great company and I want it to be more successful.

I'm just hoping that they also value how much of a hard worker I am
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As an interim, it's unfair for me that I was extended due to the team's attendance despite of me having a good scorecard for the whole year, with no attendance issue or any corrective actions. It's a bit unfair since I'm being paid as a teammate with just a little allowance as an interim.
