So far, I feel that I have a healthy environment when it comes work.

The skill allowance that we are receiving because even we moved to a new LOB, it didn't decrease.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Since I'm a buffer of the SMEs, I currently don't have my own team right now but all teams that I'm working with are helpful to each other.
