Toxic of behaviour leaders blinds them the value of teammates. and your compensation are not really competitive.

A very resilient teammates to our toxic team leader who does not have a clue become a true leader.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Act your core values, especially in management level. and Team leaders and managers prevalent toxic behaviour creates a toxic culture and work place. Stop self patronizing by saying other companies are worse. Teach your team leaders become a true leader. Stop intimidating and degrading teammates
