It's a stable job with a stubborn system. Great part of it is it follows the labor law which it should be. it's a nice place for a first job and the company can not wait to replace you to new obedient pet fresh men.
What are some of the best things about your team?
they cover me when I make mistake and support me. we power though the heavy pressure test but gain more task in return.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate the diverse culture but we do not have time to talk. I like the storage room with gym equipment that makes me giggle all the time.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I did not see what they did for us. the benefit shrink. HR seems argue with people on Line app and can not handle it. SME help training without pay and loading heavy.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We always got these questions like this but it feels frustrating when we got feed back like there is nothing we could do with. and it turns to disappointment and gives up feed back. it's time for you to do something and let us to see what you can do for us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the benefit shrink and the task adds up more with no promotion. it's hard to get promoted, and even it does just 2% under the program. There is no way to change position. In other words to negotiate the salary. raise the paid or open a channel to renegotiate the salary according to score card.
