I feel lucky that my first BPO was Taskus. I haven't experience the toxic side yet which is the reputation of most of the BPO companies

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some are strict, some are kind by my team leader is the best
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hope there is additional bonus for mentors and apprentices. We lose night diff bonuses because of the shift changes in order to match with the mentees and we don't have any additional bonus for it. Still, i learned a lot during the mentorship. I just hope that we have additional bonus
