Co workers and money but to be honest, the pay here is not that good so I hope you'll hear us on this and do better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Basic pay is too low as well as the skills allowance. The management has been pressuring and requiring agents; us to acquire new skills and handle different and multiple LOBs without any increase. Also, the annual salary increase is unjust. 500 - 700 salary increase per year is unacceptable.
