I have been with Taskus for more than a year now and I am very happy with them because being able to work form home. The only thing I would like to suggest is that we have offered incentives for clocking in on time and never missing any days or high QA scores. A raise every 6 months would be nice to

That Taskus is very diverse.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy is that I am able to work from home and I have the convenience of not having to spend money on gas or having to deal with traffic.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things about my team is that we always have each other's back. I could also be having a really bad day and they always know how to lift my spirits and make me laugh.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we should be offered incentives for never being late to work or missing any days. I also believe we should get a raise every 6 months at least, the prices on everything keep getting higher and higher.
