I would say that it is fair, my only concern is about the basic salary and the HMO plan is not really good.

pay day and of course my very supportive team manager

We work from home but maybe we can have offline activities (online)

I will only comment for my current team manager, she is so helpful/supportive and accommodating
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The important culture and the reason I applied is because of the People First culture that the company implements
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Basing on BPO companies, have observed that Task Us is one of the companies that provides the lowest basic salary.
