I have been with TaskUs for more than a year and I have always been satisfied. I also believe that it was also a matter of mindset, I am just grateful that TaskUs don't give me (personally) any reasons to make me wanna leave the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leaders are always checking on the employees well being and updates are well explained as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
TaskUs makes me feel valued almost all the time. There's always different programs for the employees for different aspects, physical, mental and emotionsl.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have different characters but I admire the respect we have for each other. Plus, everyone on our team is always willing to help.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is quite fair, it's not as high as others have but what matters is the state of my mental health which is one of the biggest factor.
What makes you most happy at work?
It was really the set up that makes me really grateful that I thank God always for giving me the opportunity to work from home. I will always be grateful to the company for that.
