so far so good. still happy that I am a part of this company. although i wanted to see changes on salary or bonuses, i know its not that easy but we are hoping that they can provide us with that.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
as the prices are going incredibly high during these times, it is very hard to budget the salary most especially me as a single mom.
