TaskUs has given me so much and more than what I have asked for. My daughter is one of the scholarship awardees. I am still working from home right now. I just hope that TU will offer college scholarship and I will be forever working from home.

TL and co workers. We are also no longer into live queue. We are also working from home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
salary should be aligned with other BPO companies that offer higher salary. HMO should be improved especially when it comes to room accommodation for confinement . we are being offered with a semi-private room only when in fact almost all private hospitals can only offer full private room.
