Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our work have increased a lot. When I was hired, I was told I twill be working just n cancellation team and now we are handling many things at the same time and the salary I thins is not enough
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
So, we don't have enough time to interact and the company should offer more time for us to have th opportunity to share with them. Taskus offers activities but if we are in our shifts, how do we attend them?
