What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
people are well skilled and open for learning with multiple changes across. Organization is in process of streamlining and pacing with the same from each individual is great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am underpaid as per market value, even a fresher is earning more than 6.5 LPA. We don't have any incentive policy on our achievements despite the fact we have TATS for our deliveries.
