What are some of the best things about your team?
They make it easier to go through the day in terms of bandwidth.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
IS is okay. Though upper management needs to make sure that everything is smooth and they are able to provide answers before cascading new policies/changes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. It would be better if we are including in company affairs such as Christmas, etc... Also, we feel that we should have additional headcount.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Going to work is physically draining as I have a medical condition and doctors don't recommend that I go up the stairs that much. So, going up the stairs to get to the other side everyday gives me heart palpitations. Updates that are implemented without answers to questions.
