What are some of the best things about your team?
They're very supportive and we create our own bubble to make our workdays more fun
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My current position holds too much pressure to perform multiple tasks and responsibilities with little or no increase salary-wise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate supervisor is great and very helpful to our needs, however, I have no idea what the upper management is doing or what their goal is to help us employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As mentioned, in my current position there is too much work with little or no salary compensation. With how the world is today, financial assistance/support is a massive factor in keeping employees happy
