What are some of the best things about your team?
Great bond and communicated with one another pretty well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly and welcoming but depends on the group of people you socialized with.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
At least management would work on something that teammates that can look forward to on day to day basis. Like power hour.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the current queues that we are handling and the stress level that we are experience the current package no longer compensate it. At least we should the get the City Rate not the provincial rate.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to sit down and talk with teammates to know what their current state. Are they still motivated coming to work. Asking simple question like "How are you?" wouldn't make a difference anymore. To management they should handle confidential matters as highly confidential.
