With the current queues that we are handling and the stress level that we are experience the current package no longer compensate it. At least we should the get the City Rate not the provincial rate.
They need to sit down and talk with teammates to know what their current state. Are they still motivated coming to work. Asking simple question like "How are you?" wouldn't make a difference anymore. To management they should handle confidential matters as highly confidential.
