What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate supervisor is genuinely doing her best to help us all within our team.
What makes you most happy at work?
My friends and since I an currently enrolled in QAPA, I am also excited to learn new things from that program.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have few friends and a Team Leader that is very close to my heart and I am comfortable working with them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some coworkers are being arrogant and inhumane, especially our appointed "Workforce" who is very rude whenever he had to call out people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I heard from some tenured agents that they had 5k bonus after their anniversary and I think it was already removed and that is something that I looked forward to and just really disappointed that its not really available for all.
