What makes you most happy at work?
I got a lot of time to spend with my family working from home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment onsite is quite uplifting due to the gender equality that they presented. Amenities and activities are also available onsite for other recreational works.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well, I've raised a medical condition and presented a proof that I could not work during graveyard and agreed to have minimal supervision. And also informed our Team Leads that my parents who is already senior citizen needed my assistance for her medical needs as well. But request was denied.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At first we felt that TaskUs is a people first company. Meaning they would reward the top team mates and also top team to choose a preferred schedule. Like implementing a healthy competition within the campaign. However, as time goes by it changed its direction and now we're just obliged to follow.
