GIVE US A WFH OPTION GET LEADERS WHO ARE ACTUALLY PEOPLE-FIRST AND CHANGE OUR HMO BACK TO AVEGA!!!!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my coworkers are stupid and don't know their rights and powers as workers. I don't befriend bootlickers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
YOU JUST CHANGED OUR HMO TO A CLINIC-BASED ONE, WHY TF WOULD YOU THINK WE'RE VALUED HERE ARE YOU KIDDING ME

GIVE US A WFH OPTION WE DON'T NEED TO LISTEN TO OUR NOISY COWORKERS TALKING ABOUT NONSENSE ALL DAY THIS HIGHLY AFFECTS OUR PRODUCTIVITY
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the TLs listen and care about their teammates. Some OMs and TLs are incredibly toxic, high and mighty, and escalate whoever they want.
