What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Wellness initiatives, although there are none for the night shift

What are some of the best things about your team?

Communication, moral support, they are always there if you have questions

What do you like best about the leadership team?

When take the lead and in wellness and employee benefits, this encourage the commitment with the company

What makes you most happy at work?

I enjoy interacting with the customers, provide a more humanistic approach to the customer support, show that we do care about the customer experience. In general they tend to be polite. Which is great.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Currently the campaign is making the agents operable in a wide variety of process some of them complex or that require total concentration, recently the time for complete them was abruptly shortened, so your QA was heavily impacted.
