I wish Permanent Work From Home were possible. Job Security is questionable as contracts come and go. Securing a future for the "eliminated roles" would be ideal in such circumstances. But the people are great, and the work is interesting. Company also holds to its values in a true sense.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is good people. There were some toxic peers I unfortunately had to deal with, but toxicity doesn't last at this company. All is well now.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy how "real" they can be. We should always continue a positive, fun-loving and enthusiastic mindset in the workplace, and I hope they continue to consider this important.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The most important part of it, to me, is that it's affordable in the first place. The only reason I'm able to have insurance is because I'm with TaskUs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a culture of mutual respect and transparency here, where you feel safe and comfortable sharing your perspective, while also listening to others, without breaking into a heated argument. Sincerely accepting and diverse.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me the most happy is when a process is completed successfully and correctly, and when new innovations happen to make processes easier and more time-efficient. My goal is to support my team, and being able to do that efficiently is important in showing you care with decisive action.
