TaskUS was great and they have a really great goal and employee care . But, I hope that they know that their management is somehow not great with all things but for sure they are just pressured from higher ups as they are driven to do all things passionately even at cost of comfort of employees.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
TaskUs vision and movement is amazing and uncomparable but it is flawd. Movement may be normal but for you to move a TM from escalations back to the general tier felt like you weren't valued just for the sake of saving money.

They are great with team-oriented goals

Lunch and eating out of the office
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the openness and acceptance of people are amazing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do their best to keep us on track with the productivity and work goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Experience, tenurity, and workload should all be a basis of salary. The salary for QA and Teammate does not differ. That's so unappreciative after going through the internal hiring and the academy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are really open with anything ( mental health , gender, and self-awareness) however I don't like the how they execute the culture of work hard have fun as I barely feel any fun tho.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like when I am eating foods at lunch and when I can do something that I am passionate and creative about like doing back office works that does not limit you like when in calls
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am taking in 2 queue calls as en Escalation agent -=| . It seems unfair as we have Tier 1 and Tier 2 agents for a reason then we get Tier 1 queues too? and no compensation just for productivity and improvement of our work but how about us? It's like we're two agents in one
