In the rating of 1-10, 10 is the highest I can say 5. I'm happy with the company's and perks, and im happy being with my teammates everyday but the management and supervisors are all power trippers, They removed the BIO breaks and make our breaks from 15 to 14 mins and lunch from 1hr- 59 mins

We are very happy to see each other but not the TL
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be considerate to everyone and look all of the employee as a person that is working in the company earn money to put something on their families table.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the free lunch. It is really a big help for us to have a free food since we can save money to buy food outside, and we can use the money to spend on something more important.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our supervisor and OM are not valuing their people. The mental health of each and everyone of us here as a team was totally wrecked. Our mental health issue such as anxiety, depression and panic attack was triggered due to pressure and intentional termination.
