I am very satisfied but lately we have a lot of work and we need to see a raise to the salary. Also, sometimes our needs and the feedback that we give is not heard.

They are really helpful and I have learnt a lot from them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that ee should see a raise to our salary as the majority of my team thinks that the salary is not corresponding to the volume of work that we have every day. Also, there are other teams that have the same tasks but receive a higher compensation because they speak another language.
