my team is approachable and helpful. We also beleive in sharing the knowledge uplifting each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At the time of restructuring, i was told by my manager that I will be compensated for my movement in Shared services but I did not get any increase in my salary. Also, there was an issue at the time of my hiring wherein the recruiter incorrectly explained by in hand income.
