For the past 5 years, I've seen improvements and though there are still things/processes to improve, I can see that the company have grown far and I'm still happy to stay as long as they will really implement the promised changes on compensation.

Committed to uphold the company goals and core values.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The additional allowance is okay. I wish the basic salary will match at least the current median rate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The departments I am working with have the transparency, teamwork and compassion which gets me redirected and motivated.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I have accomplished most of my tasks each day and when my team and managers are happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together and even if everyone is busy, we still find a way to communicate and have fun virtually.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respect with the diverse culture and majority adapts to the different environment we are in. It's fun making the virtual connection from all over the world.
What makes you most happy at work?
I work from home so it is convenient to not be hassled about traveling to work and I have amazing and caring managers, as well as supportive co-workers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Working with a diverse team from different geos helps me improve in interacting with each of them uniquely, and it is a great way to learn their cultures and work habits.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their resilience, passion, critical thinking and ability to make quick decisions stand out as a whole. Within our org, additional plus factor is the compassion and care for their subordinates is the most satisfying.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary range is far beyond what is currently offered in the market. Other companies offer 2x to 3x more of what I am receiving. I understand that there's an ongoing project to fix our leveling in order to also fix our salary but until it's not in black and white, I will be honest in my response.
