It was good at first but has begun to dwindle for the past few years. Compensation does not increase and workload is not divided equally. Nepotism is rampant, in-order for you to survive or even have good benifits you would have to be someone's lackey. People that get favored are the ones that stick

Explaining, not simply telling us that this is the contract we signed
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A culture that appraises teammates that have served for long periods of time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of them have a bully mentality. Most of them talk smack and does not take accountability
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They have begun to redundiate, albeit it is part of the job they are unable to handle people well because of political biases and favoritism by higher-ups.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is quite unfair, external hires are more valued than employees that have been with the company for longer periods. Annual appraisal is not competetive and benefits are starting to decline.
