I have been part of two other BPOs in the past and I really feel TaskUs has been exemplary. The kind of culture in the organization is one I have not experienced in my previous work experiences and considering how fast I got promoted here shows they give equal opportunity across all tenures.

Everybody has a sense of collaboration and we are not afraid of calling each other out while also backing each other up
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are given the space to move freely with our teams without being micromanaged. We get to display our own leadership styles and come up with our own strategies to work with the team towards achieving our targets/goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with. One of our core values is Work Hard, Have Fun and teammates really do find a way to enjoy their day despite the work we do on a daily basis. They also know better in Exercising Emotional Intelligence so as not to let stress take a toll on their well-being.
