What makes you most happy at work?
My team makes me happy and my managers motivates me to go to work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have the best team. All of my teammates are collaborative and always gave their best in everything that they do which impacts their performances positively.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package would be my TaskUs allowance. But it would be best if our allowance also increases as all the price of the necessities in the market are increasing as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I' am so grateful as an employee because my managers really embodied that TaskUs is a people first company. They also generous enough in sharing all the knowledge that they have that they would think would help us to be better in our job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What I love the most about TaskUs is that, we are people first company. They always take in consideration our mental health and always having a temp check on each and everyone of us. Because I do believe that in order to keep an employee, he should be happy with the environment as well.
