We're all exhausted and ready for our leadership to start acting like they care again.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The workload is much too large for the pay to be this far below market rate.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Time travel. Things went downhill after Blackstone came in and then got even worse when we went public.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
TaskUs pay is far below market rate for comparable workloads - $17,000 below market rate in my case.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is roughly 13k below market rate. Taking on nearly triple the workload actually significantly reduced my pay when I moved from an hourly role to a salaried role.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to work on adhering to the beliefs they quote - the "Frontline First" attitude is now a catchphrase only and is NOT reflected in leadership's day-to-day living.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The OG staff still do their best to adhere to the company value of Teamwork Makes the Dream Work. I could not exist in any successful capacity without the OG team, and the handful of newer folks who fit right in with the OGs despite the lack of alignment on priorities from our higher-ups.
