Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was hired and was offered less than what I was being paid for. I was once an employee of Teletech bacoor who paid 24k + benefits, which at the moment (plus the raise etc.) is nowhere near that. I would appreciate if my salary gets aligned to it + benefits + raises which was added to it in the past
