It was a roller coaster experience since day 1. TaskUs has always been generous and supportive to us. I just hope they will give 2nd chances to those TMs who resigned or those that have minor violation who were push to resign. I know a lot who would love to join again.

My team, they motivate me to come to work always.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are the best people who supports and claps for each other. Team work is always there. We always thrive to better our quality process to make it easier for the teammates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since the Quality team doesn't really generate income unlike operations, we feel taken for granted. Compensation is not that competitive than other companies yet the responsibility is very heavy. Incentives were not given and sometimes it will take a lot of effort for the team to be recognized.
