I believe I've answered this with every answer given.
Nobody cares about their jobs anymore. People are going through the motions until we get cut.
As a QA, I'm doing the jobs of the TL, trainer, policy specialist, SME, and QA while getting paid the same as a TM. People constantly try to push additional work onto me because in leadership's eyes, I'm the same as a TM until it's time to do more work.
Nothing can be done to change anything about what's going on stateside. We're trained so that our jobs can be sent overseas. The people and leadership who get retained throughout the layoffs are the least competent at performing the most basic parts of their roles, which hurt the programs even more.
