I admire the work ethic fostered in the team I am a part of. That makes the job less stressful and more manageable. It is also the culture fostered which also contributes to the development of best practices when it comes to my team's work ethics.

I was given a compensation package above my expected and asking one. I felt I was not cheated on.

People know when to step in and help. That's a big deal considering not everyone and not everyday that people are at their 100%. But everyone knows how to help when needed and everyone knows when to step up.
