Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise would be good. Specially, knowing that we, who had BPO experience, has the same starting salary with those that don't have.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
- They're best at their job. - Sometimes, resolution doesn't happen so fast unlike other leaders. - At first, always missing in the prod but as time goes by, they are. - Dedicated but not reachable when outside of work.
