Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We were transferred to a new LOB but our salary remains the same. Also, the merit increase is very minimal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The annual salary increase isn't enough and the company isn't really focused on retaining employees. I feel like the company doesn't really value tenure and hiring new employees would be more cost efficient.

A few of my co-workers and I were transferred to a new LOB but our salary remains the same. The merit increase is also very low. No incentives even if we exceed our targets.
