TaskUs itself is a great company, TaskUs provides free meal and good workplace. But the management? nahh. They will hire bunch of TM's and will make ways to release them when they are no longer needed. UL because of headache should be followed by medcert. our body is just asking for rest but instead

My team leader is the best, she is too hands on and too transparent.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
unstable information. QA will update the process without announcing. QA will give mark down due to incorrect process that they recently changed without updating not even in the form of emails. small mistakes will lead to NTE. no job security, just anxiety
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel under paid because of the drastic changes on our schedule and LOB. Our body are having hard time adjusting because of the schedule changes, our schedule will change almost every month. different mx every month. no job security. small mistake is equal to nte. this LOB is giving us anxiety
