Culture wise, we are values driven and environment shows we are employee centric.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
External hires are getting higher pay that the tenured people that already helped the company grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am working since 2012 and the awards for loyalty are always given to the employees before 2012. External hires are more valued and getting much better compensation compared to the people who grows internally.
