There are events planned out in company like family days e-sports tournament's and etc.

You can definitely talk outside work stuff with your supervisors and they will listen to you.

Boost your confidence in ideas you pitch in the team and help you with what career path you will take.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They also help me grow my communication/social skills, which things I personally didn't know I have. Really thankful with them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Health Benefits obviously but I wish there is no need for us to be enterprise so that our Salary will increase.

What I like about my leadership team, is that they help me build my social skills and confidence within myself, and always to believe in ones strength.

Most positive culture and environment at my company, is that we are very diverse but we are always 100% are helping each other to pursue our goals.

Teammates and Leaders that will make my work not just any work but a work that I can say that, I really am happy to work with...
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know we got the benefits especially for the health ones is absolutely fantastic, but I think for my base salary, is that I think is less than the actuality, we need more raise, as the prices go up everyday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Salary is kind of low but it is WFH setup so I can't complain but the salary is kind of hard to live by since I am living in a 3rd world country where you have to survive day by day on what to eat.
