What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Previous OM did not reach out about the LOB movement. No communication at all.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I wish the company had incentives and compensation for upskillings. You transfer teammates to LOBs with no additional pay. Very different from previous BPO companies I've worked with who were far more generous.
