Worst of all, I could say, forced with low pay, massive queues, no incentives, endless disputes for the holidays ( which I don't bother to dispute since no good outcome it will be ending with ). Endless LOB transition with no acknowledgements if we agree, No increases. Nothing positive at all.

No incentives at all and disputes is all I experienced after all the holidays.
What are some of the best things about your team?
None, they all left because of taskus' worse treatment / either the campaign or the company it's all under TaskUs after all and they never care.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
none so far, peace of mind can no longer be a word to compare with the company as they took away all of the good perks and treatment, you can tell this by noticing all agent/supervisors/managers who quit the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Probably return it back to the good all days, I come to apply to TaskUs, despite of the low income just only to get a peace of mind and happy work place, but this is absurdly going all down. What I heard before from TaskUs never indeed happen with my almost 2 years of stay here.
