Different cultures, traits, attitudes, and personalities, but have one goal set in mind, to continuously progress and overcome any obstacles on our path.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To explain everything in 300 words is a challenge, As a content moderator I felt that we were overworked. I understand that change is normal, however, we felt that the role of CM was useless when we were given tasks such as handling refunds. There is a difference between hardworking and overworked.
