I believe that happiness is a subjective experience, &it's up to me to determine what brings true satisfaction in work. While the external factors may have some influence, I feel that my own internal attitude & approach are the most important factors in determining my level of happiness &fulfillment

What makes you most happy at work?
I am still working from home, thus, I don't have to deal face to face with our people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
before, as long as your stats is passed and beyond the target score you can have incentives, but now only 5 teammates can get in our LOB. no electricity and internet allowance at all
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate how they want to retain as many employees as possible even there's an issue about cost cutting. It's just that they become more strict but the allowance of the employees lessens as well as the incentives. wfh has lesser benefits, no electricity nor internet allowance
What are some of the best things about your team?
ourteam is divided and our TL is the promoter. she even created a separate gc in workplace for those in favor of her. We even have an open forum regarding that matter but after that she still keep the gc & go on, nonetheless, I'm still glad because I appreciate my other teammates who I am close with
