What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best leadership team I've ever worked for. They are very knowledgeable, all on the same page and always patient and happy to help. you can tell they truly do care about the employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel all the knowledge we are trained and need to do the job we do we should be getting paid more than 15.00 and hr although the benefits here to help compensate some of that difference.
