I am currently very satisfied with the company and LOB.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the referral bonus, allowances, health insurance

my current wave team. (wave 31)

they take care of staff

teamwork, asking question to know more about our campaign
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
company takes care of staff and staff thank them back by working properly
What makes you most happy at work?
my pas team as we were really a team back then before shift bid. I hope the new team can be the same
What is the best part about your compensation package?
incentives when you are doing well for the past few months but would be nice if it's every month to really help the employees who's striving to be good every month
What are some of the best things about your team?
well this is from the previous team as we had shift bid but we were assuring that everyone getting the help they need and encourage to speak up if they have concerns
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they try to hear what the teammates have to say and try their best to work on a possible solution or if not possible to make an alternative to meet half way expectation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
teamwork and encourage people to speak up if they have any concern. However I am not so sure with other LOB as I have tried to participate in an event and other LOB are not as friendly as the WFH LOB that I am in
