Overall experience was good but could be the best only if there's a balance between the work-life balance. Could be the best as well when there's equality with the workload most especially with the compensation package. Respect during time-off is a great plus, too.

There still seems to a teamwork but not all the time.

Be able to see and mingle around with the good people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt undervalued because of the inequality in the compensation. It is understandable that a company pays external hires higher because of the skills that they acquire but morally speaking, it only devalues the morale of the internal hires who tried their best to step up and grow.
